Hypnosis can help you deal with many forms of anxiety. It can be particularly effective in taming the anxiety some of us (including myself) feel when we sit for a test. We can actually retrain our reactions to this stimulus so we can create a calm, balanced mindset to help us focus on the test and not the anxiety we feel surrounding it.
