I offer brief and long term therapy for individual adults and couples. Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length, and are typically held once a week. At times sessions may be longer or more frequent. This may be arranged at your request, or upon my recommendation.
Our first few sessions will involve an evaluation of your needs. During this time, we can both decide if I am the best person to provide the services you need in order to meet your treatment goals. If I find that your needs are outside the scope of my practice, or better served by another therapist, I will provide you with the appropriate referrals.
